INTRODUCTION

Kmart Groceries and More Supermarket is committed to delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to all areas within Greater Accra and other regions in Ghana.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

For orders within Greater Accra:
   - Delivery will be made within 1-5 working days if stock is available.
For orders outside Greater Accra:
   - Delivery will be made within 5-10 working days.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE


- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery times are between 9am and 5pm.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

- If the product is out of stock, we will notify the customer and provide an estimated delivery timeframe.
- If the product is no longer available, we will offer a refund or substitute with a similar product.

DELIVERY FEES

- Delivery fees apply to all orders and will be calculated based on location and weight of products and courier option. Checkout page has all details.

TRACKING ORDERS

- Customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.//WhatsApp to track their order.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

- We will attempt delivery twice before returning the order to our warehouse.
- Redelivery fees may apply.
