REFUND ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

REFUND PROCESS

REFUND METHODS

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
- For cash payments, refunds will be made in cash.
- For mobile money payments (T-cash, Momo, Airteltigo cash), refunds will be made to the original mobile money account.
- For card payments (Visa, MasterCard), refunds will be credited back to the original card.

REFUND AMOUNT

The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the product, minus any shipping costs.

EXCEPTIONS
